Common questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your files stay intact. If your stored data exceeds the new plan quota, your account switches to read only mode. You have 7 days to free up space or upgrade again. After that, files exceeding the quota may be deleted, starting with trashed files, then the most recent uploads.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Not yet. The free 2 GB plan lets you fully evaluate the service, including end to end encryption, sharing, and file versioning, before committing to a paid plan.
Do you store my encryption key?
No. Your master key is derived from your password on your device via the OPAQUE protocol and never leaves it. Our servers only store encrypted blobs. We have no technical ability to access your files.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our PCI compliant payment partner. Invoices are automatically generated for every payment and available in your account settings.
What happens if my payment fails at renewal?
Your account switches to read only mode. You have 7 days to update your payment method. After that, files exceeding the free plan quota of 2 GB may be deleted, starting with trashed files, then the most recent uploads.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
What if I lose my password and recovery phrase?
Your data is permanently inaccessible. This is by design. End to end encryption means nobody, including us, can recover your files without your credentials. Save your recovery phrase in a safe place.
