Seller information

VexaHub is operated by an independent team based in France. The legal entity is currently being established. Full company details (registered name, address, SIRET) will be published on this page once the incorporation is complete, prior to any paid plan being made available.

Contact: via the contact page on this website.

Products and services

VexaHub offers subscription-based cloud storage plans. Each plan grants access to a defined amount of encrypted storage space and associated features for the duration of the subscription.

Plans are digital services delivered immediately upon subscription. The full description of each plan is available on the pricing page.

Placing an order

To subscribe to a paid plan, you must:

  • Have a valid VexaHub account
  • Select a plan and billing period (monthly or yearly)
  • Provide valid payment details and confirm the order

A confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful subscription. This email constitutes your purchase receipt. The contract is formed at the moment payment is confirmed.

Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on the pricing page are the final prices applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT for EU consumers. For business customers providing a valid EU VAT number, prices may be shown exclusive of VAT in accordance with the reverse charge mechanism.

VexaHub reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to existing subscribers. The new price will apply from the next billing period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

Promotional prices are valid for the period stated and apply only to new subscriptions unless otherwise specified.

Payment

Payments are processed exclusively by Stancer, a French PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Accepted payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and Carte Bancaires (CB) credit and debit cards

All payments are processed over an encrypted connection. VexaHub does not store your payment details at any time.

In case of payment failure, your account will remain active for a grace period of 7 days. If payment is not resolved within that period, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Your files remain accessible but new uploads will be paused.

Service delivery

VexaHub subscriptions are digital services activated immediately upon successful payment. There is no physical delivery. Access to the subscribed plan is available instantly and continuously for the duration of the subscription.

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to the service for an extended period, we will notify affected users and apply a proportional credit to the next billing period where applicable.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase, without needing to provide a reason.

At checkout, you are asked to tick a box by which you expressly request that the service begins immediately before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

If you have not yet used the service and wish to withdraw, contact us via the contact page within 14 days of your purchase. We will process your request within 14 days and refund the eligible amount to your original payment method.

The right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers. Professional customers making a purchase in the course of their business activity are not entitled to it.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until that date.

For yearly plans, cancellation stops the renewal. No partial refund is issued for the remaining period, except within the 14-day withdrawal window described in section 7.

For monthly plans, cancellation prevents the next monthly charge. No refund is issued for the current month already paid.

Warranties and conformity

VexaHub warrants that the service will function as described on the pricing page and in the documentation. If the service does not conform to its description, you may contact us to report the issue. We will address it within a reasonable timeframe or offer a proportional credit or refund.

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L224-25-12 to L224-25-26 of the French Consumer Code for digital services. This guarantee applies for the duration of the subscription.

Liability

VexaHub's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.

VexaHub cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from a lost password or recovery key, service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, or indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first via the contact page. We will do our best to resolve the issue amicably.

For consumers: if no amicable solution is reached, you may contact our designated consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C - Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris - www.cm2c.net.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
