Common questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your files stay intact. If your stored data exceeds the new plan limit, uploads will be paused until you free up space or upgrade again.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Not yet. But, the free 2 Go plan lets you fully evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
Do you store my encryption key?
No. Your key is derived from your password on your device and never transmitted to our servers. We have no technical ability to access your files.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Invoices are available for yearly plans.
